As we have seen some Marklin/Trix Dealers Competitors in U.S.A. that are trying to "Get the sale" by taking  our prices and giving a few dollars or cents under our price when an item has not been released, (on MARKLIN and Trix/MiniTrix items only), giving them that particular sale and the opportunity to offer other products at higher price that we also carry but you maybe don't know it; we have decided to fight back this unethical policy by giving an extra discount on our products that are proven to be higher against ANY published price on the Internet at release time, in stock (you must prove that the seller has stock).

We show if an item is or not in stock and for new releases we offer an estimated in US Dollars based in a fix price in Euros, so you know always how much you will pay.

If you find an item guaranteed in stock from any Marklin/Trix authorized Dealer on the web in U.S.A. or Canada, published in their web site, with a lower price than ours, WE WILL NOT ONLY MATCH THE PUBLISHED PRICE BUT WE WILL ADD AN EXTRA 2% DISCOUNT ON THAT PARTICULAR PRODUCT.

You must supply the web site address and a verification of stock availability (it can be an e-mail crossed between you and the seller requesting stock verification on the same day you are ordering).

SORRY: No verification in writing, no extra discount. You must have a written confirmation dated on the same day you place your order with us. Just place the order, send copy of confirmation of stock and you are all set: you got an extra 2% discount on the matched price.

If you are ordering using our shopping cart, simple write down the fact on the "instructions" box at checkout time. We will do the rest.

This discount does not apply to Walk-In-Store purchases. Walk-In Store prices might be higher than on line prices.

We do not believe on some "low prices" shown on some web sites for products they don't have in stock, they only pretend to have it trying to make us lower still more our prices. This is a policy that some competitors are using to fight our low prices trying to make us go lower on those items they do not have or can't get any more, some times pricing them even a lot lower than cost (we have proof of this) so our margins are cut in an effort to have us out of the market.

This is why, when you compare our prices for NON RELEASED items against their own prices published from those same web sites for the same item not released yet, you will see a big difference between theirs and ours, in some cases, up to 20% lower.

We believe that prices is a matter of volume and conditions between us and the Factories we carry, plus some elements such us exchange rates and availability of cash that can make a difference when we get the items and when others can get the same item.

It is true however, that some items bought long time ago, when reposted now, can be higher due the loss of value on the US Currency against the Euro, that can make to have one product priced higher than other Dealer with still old stock available.

We have one GUARANTEE: NOBODY will sell lower than us in the U.S.A. brand new never used Marklin/Trix items and we will do whatever we need to do to keep this policy.

Only exception to this guarantee are those items marked as "Marklin Club and Museum Pieces" that are priced by Marklin Inc. and normally require coupons to buy them (club items) where our margins are very small and the handling of those items carries too much expenses to have deeper discounts. Normally we are also lower on those items, but if we are higher at one point of time, we can not lower the price on those particular items, sorry.
