Terms and conditions for payments for items sold on eBay paid by PayPal:

 

  1. We do not accept payments from PayPal that do not follows these rules below and payment will be declined and returned to you and expenses will occur, so please read carefully.
     

  2. If you pay using PayPal from overseas, you must add 3.9% plus $ 0.30 to the total of your Invoice, for expenses charged to us by PayPal.
     

  3. If you pay from overseas using PayPal, the rule above (I) applies no matter what total is your purchase.
     

  4. If you pay using PayPal from the United States, including APO's, and your total is below $ 150.00 you must add 2.9% plus $ 0.30 to your total Invoiced for expenses charged to us by PayPal.
     

  5. If you pay using PayPal from the United States, including APO's, and your total is over $ 150.00 then there is no extra charges from us.
     

  6. You must request payment from PayPal to be sent either to rocousa@rocousa.com or rocousa@rocousa.com we have both accounts confirmed and verified by PayPal.
     

  7. Even when you are paying by PayPal, we need some information that generally is not included on your payments. We need your PHONE number as it must now be included on the labels for UPS. If no phone number is given, then we will need to hold the shipment until you send this information. Nobody will call you but is needed by UPS in case of any shipping problem and they need to reach you. It is for your own good. If no phone number is given and you insist to be shipped without it, then a charge of $ 6.00 will be assessed to your purchase. This rule does not apply to shipments using the US Postal Service, however, we request you to include it as always will help in case of a problem on shipping or for a returned package. E-mails change too often and sometimes don't even get you for hundreds of reasons.

Due the high fees that PayPal charges to their Business accounts such as our account, we can not afford to pay these expenses on items that have low value because it represents a high percentage of the final price. Not only we must pay high fees to insert the items on eBay than latter on, they charge these high fees to get paid. We regret we must pass these fees to the buyer if he/she decides to pay using PayPal.

To avoid these extra charges, we offer an alternative to pay in our web secure site for eBay payments with Credit Cards and no extra cost of any kind will occur on your account. The charges will appear on your credit card clearly indicated as from "MicroMacroMundo". 

We understand that some Customers are afraid to have their Credit Cars given to other places than PayPal. We can assure you that our web site is even more secure than theirs and that we are not a in any way link to any Promotion Company that will use your data to have you bombarded with Spam. All our transactions are secure in a 128 bit encryption secure server and our certificate of authenticity will appear on the page for you to fill with your payment information.

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

  1. In all events, before paying, you must receive from us an Invoice where it shows your item(s) and the shipping charges plus insurance if available as an option you must add to the total (except UPS shipments). If you bought more than one item, we have combined all of them in one Invoice and one shipping charge to save you some expenses.
     

  2. All shipments by UPS have included insurance. Shipments trough USPS (Unites States Postal Service) insurance is an option you must pay for.
     

  3. All shipments to Overseas addresses are done by USPS Insured if value is over $ 100.00 (optional is value is under $ 100.00). We do not ship without insurance and we do not undervalue the merchandise included.

    NOTE: You are paying for items your are buying in an auction. The fact that you paid a low amount of money, it does not mean in any way that the item does not have a high value, so we recommend to take insurance no matter how much you have paid to at least cover what you paid.
     

  4. All our sales are "FINAL" and no returns, credits, repairs or exchanges are allowed. Except were indicated "Full Factory Warranty" in the auction page, all items are sold "AS IT IS", so no warranties of any kind are given.
     

  5. For items where "Full Factory Warranty" is indicated on the auction page, in the rare event you require service, it must be requested to  the Factory or Manufacturer of the product and not to us.

    "Factory warranties" are given by the Factory or Manufacturer of the product and you acknowledge that these Manufacturers or Factories might well be located outside the United States, so any cost involved in shipping your unit to them, is at your own. By norm, Factories and Manufacturers return items repaired/exchanged at their cost to you.
     

  6. We will not ship to any address that is "NOT CONFIRMED" or "NOT VERIFIED" either by eBay or PayPal or that does not "match" with your billing address as registered in your Credit Card Company if you decide to use our own paying facilities. We only ship to verified or billing addresses.
     

  7. In case of litigation, we fix our Legal Address in the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida State, United States of North America,  and we are subject to the Laws of the State that rules any of this matters. You accept to be bind by these rules and those that Laws dictate for similar transactions.
     

  8. We reserve the right to make changes to these rules at any time without any notification whatsoever.
