Orders before April 8th. will not show status, only will display your order as you placed it. CREDIT CARD NUMBERS FROM ORDERS CAN NOT BE SEEN PLEASE READ CAREFULLY the instructions for you to find the status of your order The first screen you will get, is for you to sign-in into the Order System. You must write down your USER NAME and your PASSWORD. The User Name is the e-mail address you used to place the order(s). Please note that if you had capital letters you must write EXACTLY the same way when you placed the orders. Same for your password. CAPITAL LETTERS matter here. Once you have logged-in, you will get a screen with ALL THE orders that you have placed using that Username/Password (you might have more orders but under other Username/Password or that were written down differently. Also older orders will not appear as we perform regularly cleaning on the database) Each order has a bar to separate one of each other. Look for the number of the order you are looking for and click on the ORDER ID number. This will bring the order you placed with us where you can see, around the middle of it, the STATUS. Status of the order, tracking number (if available) and comments are included for you to see. Shipments via US Postal Service (USPS) might not have tracking numbers in U.S.A., however, for shipment overseas, a tracking number is given taken from the Insurance receipt of the Postal Service. You also will see a couple of buttons: Add to Cart on each order and Checkout at the bottom of the page.
