Why I keep getting the sign-in page ?

If you keep getting the sign-in page again and again, means that you have a cookie that is not the same you used to sign in when you placed orders here or you have disabled the COOKIES.

What is a "cookie" any way? nothing to eat.

A cookie is a small amount of information used by some web sites. A web site that sets cookies will ask your browser to place one or more cookies on your hard disk when you visit the site. Later, when you return to the site, your browser sends back the cookies that belong to the site.

Before loading a web page that uses cookies, your browser handles the page's cookies by doing two things:

  • Accepts or rejects any requests by the web site to set (store) one or more cookies on your computer.
  • Accepts or rejects any requests by the web site to read cookies it previously stored on your computer. A web site can't actually read cookies or any other data on your computer—instead, your browser gets the cookies and sends them back to the web site.

If you have used one of these cookies (most of the times you don't even know you did use one), you must delete it from your temporary internet files, as it is preventing you to sign-in in our secure server.

We have a secure server that prevents anyone not authorized to see information from other Customers. You are allowed to see only your own information as you wrote it down originally. We have only linked, to your information, the Status of the order.

WE CAN NOT see your password so please do not request passwords to us. If you forgot your password, use the same link on the screen to request your password. You must use EXACTLY the e-mail address as you used it on your order.

Any change on the way you wrote down your e-mail address or password, will produce a new record, so you must remember how you put it. Example; yourname@xxx.com is NOT the same than YourName@XXX.com.  Our site is CASE SENSITIVE.

Now, if the page returns and returns again and again, and you are sure that's the e-mail and password used, then you must delete the temporary internet files and delete the cookies.

On Microsoft Internet Explorer go to "tools"---> Internet options". Select the tab "General" on it, you will see several buttons. On the middle you find "Delete cookies", "Delete Files", Settings"

Click on "Delete cookies". A small screen will open asking "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files Folder?" click in "OK".

Click on "Delete Files". Again a screen will open. Put a check mark on "Delete all offline content" and then click on "OK"

Now click on "OK" to close the window "internet options"

Close your browser. Open the browser again and follow the links to the Order Status Page".

It must work now.
