Oxyalis 50 ARF
No.11852B
Nitro Version
No.10852B Electric Version
Designed by triple World Champion, Paysant-Le-Roux.
The F3A entry at the 2005 World Championship is now in a 50-class!
The renowned French flier, Paysant-Le-Roux
claimed three consecutive F3A World Championships. But his flying skills are
also matched by his airplane design skills, and combined with Kyosho's famous
construction ability; the same airplane design that was flown at the 2005 World
Championships is back as a 50-class dynamo. The same high performance airplane
designed and built to extend the winning record to 4, is now available as a
factory assembled model! The balsa structure is expertly covered in film and in
that unmistakable Le-Roux style coloring. For intermediate and advanced fliers
that enjoy the challenge of F3A stunt flying, the Oxalys is also an easy-build.
The airplane uses this to greatest effect with the CG (center of gravity)
position of the fuel tank. However the flexibility of the design allows the fuel
tank to be moved right up to the bulkhead for normal engines. Large fuselage
flanks are a feature of this original design and show their benefits
particularly in posture and power on the knife-edge. With the roughly equal
length and width, the square dimensions of the Oxalys make it an ideal F3A
performer. If you want to feel an instant lift in your skill level, flying the
Oxalys is the answer.
The 2005 World Championship
entry, designed as a 50-class.
Wide surface areas on the fuselage
produce great posture and resistance on the knife-edge. Roll performance is
especially logical, and snap rolls are easy to execute.
Duralumin main gear has left/right
divides and the arc shape produces a canard effect.
Almost fully factory assembled balsa
construction. Features Le-Roux's sophisticated graphics.
The similar length and width of the
square dimensions and the strong taper of the main wing produces a sharp flight
style.
Design allows fuel tank to be positioned
close to the center of gravity to minimize change to the C of G as fuel is used.
If using an engine without a pump, the
flexibility in the design allows the fuel tank to be positioned directly behind
the bulkhead.
Equipped with high performance linkage
parts suitable for stunt flying, such as push-pull wire rudder linkages.
Tail gear unit delivers reliable taxiing
and protects the rudder from direct shocks
